Does this sound familiar?

The Wheel of the Year is One of the Oldest Maps We Have.

Rooted in ancient European traditions, the Wheel of the Year marks eight sacred thresholds across the annual cycle: the solstices, the equinoxes, and the four cross-quarter days in between. Each one is a natural pause point. An invitation to inquire: what is this season asking of me?

Our ancestors gathered at these thresholds. They lit fires, told stories, and celebrated the cycles of life. For them, time had always been cyclical. They knew that rest is not laziness. That darkness is not failure. That we are not meant to bloom all year long.

This wisdom didn't disappear, it has been forgotten by modern society, but it’s waiting for you to remember it.

You feel the desire to slow down in winter but life seems to demand you push through. You sense that something shifts in you as the seasons change but you don't quite have a language for it. You're drawn to ritual and meaning-making but aren't sure where to begin or how to make it feel real in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.

What if the Earth herself was offering you a map?

This workshop is your invitation back.

Living the Wheel of the Year is a 90-minute live workshop designed to give you a grounded, accessible, and deeply rooted introduction to cyclical living through the lens of Celtic tradition.

This is not about adding more to your life. It's about learning to move through your life differently — in rhythm with the Earth, with the season, and with yourself.

This is for you if…

  • You've heard of the Wheel of the Year but never had a proper introduction to it

  • You're drawn to seasonal living but aren't sure how to make it practical

  • You want ritual and meaning in your life without it feeling performative or appropriative

  • You're tired of living at the same relentless pace all year and sense there's another way

  • Something in you recognizes that the old ways hold medicine for modern life

What we’ll cover:

We'll move through an overview of the Wheel, the eight seasonal thresholds, their Celtic roots, their energies, and what they ask of us. You'll leave with a clear sense of where you are in the year right now, what this current season is inviting, and how to begin living in relationship with that rhythm in ways that are genuinely doable in your everyday life.

My teachings are deeply rooted in Celtic wisdom and aim to give participants a connection to ritual, depth, and meaning-making that are not appropriative of traditions of Turtle Island or other non-Celtic/non-European Indigenous cultures.

You'll also receive:

  • A beautiful PDF guide to deepen into the teachings and return to across the year

  • A workshop-exclusive guided visualization to help you connect with the cycles within and without

  • Full recording so you can revisit anytime

  • "Honouring the changing of the season with Eileen is one of my favorite rituals. The space she creates is sacred and deeply rooted in honouring the earth and the women gathered."

    —Stephanie Jones

  • "Attending the Bloom Workshop with Eileen was a deeply transformative experience that guided me back to parts of myself I had forgotten or overlooked."

    —Miranda Sunderland

  • "[Eileen] transforms suffering... within me... within my relationship to people, animals and plants, to the earth, to the season. That is a gift."

    —Anne Merrett-Hiley

  • "After participating in a ceremony, I realized I had not been invited to an event, I had been invited into a way of being. Eileen creates a space that momentarily suspends the relentless demands of our culture to invite in the subtle forces that bring healing, rejuvenation, and joy."

About your guide…

Hello Beautiful Soul, I’m Eileen.

I came to the Wheel of the Year quite by accident. It all started early one Spring, near to Easter when into my head popped the thought: “Isn’t there a celebration called Ostara or something around now?”

I did some digging, discovered first the modern Pagan and Wiccan Wheels, then stumbled into Celtic wisdom and just kept diving deeper.

The wisdom of the Wheel has been the permission and the path I needed to finally slow down and question the headlong rush of life as we know it. It created space where it didn’t exist for me before and re-enchanted the world before my very eyes. It gave me a way of relating to time that resonated in my very bones. It was a remembering.

Now I help others connect to their own rhythms and the rhythms of the Earth through mentorship, energy healing, and ceremony.

If something in you is stirring right now, if you’re ready to stop shrinking, stop apologizing, and start showing up fully in your power, connected to your own body and the magic of the earth, I’d love to support you. My work weaves together ancestral remembering, cyclical living, and embodied spirituality to help women come home to themselves.

This workshop is an invitation into that remembering.
