Save My Seat

Have you ever felt afraid to be seen, heard, or fully expressed?

Maybe you hold back from sharing what’s on your heart.
Maybe you soften your edges, quiet your intuition, or second-guess your knowing.
Maybe there’s a quiet voice that whispers: β€œIf I speak my truth, I’ll be cast out. If I stand in my power, I won’t be safe.”

I want you to know that fear isn’t a personal failure.
And it didn’t start with you.

It’s something most women carry, often without having language for it.

It’s called the witch wound.

What is the witch wound?

The witch wound is inherited ancestral trauma, carried by so many women. It’s a deep imprint shaped by centuries of persecution, silencing, and punishment of feminine power, intuition, and wisdom.

It lives in the body as fear.
Fear of being judged.
Fear of being cast out.
Fear of being criticized or ridiculed.

Even if you don’t consciously identify with the word witch, this wound is likely still shaping how you move through the world.

About your guide…

Hello Beautiful Soul, I’m Eileen.

For much of my life I held back from speaking my truth, or showing up and being vocal and visible, out of fear of what others might think or say.

What I didn’t realize when I first started the journey that led me where I stand today, was that this fearβ€”of being too loud, too much, too differentβ€”wasn’t just in my head.

It was ancestral. It was generational. It was called the witch wound. And it's a wound I share with so many others. A deep, inherited fear that whispers: β€œIf I speak my truth, I’ll be cast out.” β€œIf I stand in my power, I won’t be safe.”

It was this wound that kept me in a marriage that was burning me up from the inside and kept me in a career that was draining everything I had to give. But instead of letting that ancestral wound keep me quiet and keep me small, I chose to heal it.

I reclaimed my voice. My rhythms. My rest. And now I help other women do the same. To create lives that allow them to remember the wisdom that lives deep inside of them. To feel connected to their bodies, their inner power, to other women, and to the earth herself.

If something in you is stirring right nowβ€”if you’re ready to stop shrinking, stop apologizing, and start showing up fully in your power, connected to your own body and the magic of the earthβ€”I’d love to support you. My work weaves together ancestral remembering, cyclical living, and embodied spirituality to help women come home to themselves.

This masterclass is an invitation into that remembering.
